In a recent interview with Tim Westwood from BBC Radio 1Xtra, Nicki Minaj revealed that she is seriously thinking about quitting the rap game in due to all of her detracters. Minaj tells Westwood that she isn’t coming back to Twitter either despite her 11 million fans missing her. It seems she isn't handling the recent criticism of her style and attitude, although her amazing new album is heading up the charts.
She said, she doesn't want to leave the game, its the haters who are making her feel this way. She isn;t one to back down from a fight, but Nicki has taken a real beating, with constant criticism of her music, work and dress sense, along with constant comparisons to Lady Gaga. It can't be easy.
It'll be interesting to see how keen Nicki is to run away from music once she realises that her royalties won't keep her in a big spender lifestyle forever. For now, though, her incredible new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded is riding high on the charts, number one on Billboard only last week! Stay strong!
